Tier 4 dependent

Hi there

My friend is applying for tier 4 dependent visa along with her wife, my friend lived in UK for 5 years legally and worked for a company there later back in India as well he is working for same company through contractor contract which expires in September end this Year and he will be paid through rupees and paying tax to Indian govt now problem is now while applying for Dependent Visa does he have to mention its present Company details which is based in UK doesn't it raise a doubt to UK Border Agency People as like he is coming to UK for job purpose rather than for his wife wheras his wife visa is 100 percent genuine and paid 75 per of fees to Reputed University can any one suggest on this please
