PLEASE ADVICE

Post by anton75 » Wed Aug 14, 2013 1:30 am

Dear ALL
Few tips please.. Both myself and my spouse are with permanent residency from 31/08/12, children with British citizenships as they are born here, few questions

1. ? should I wait until 31/8/13 to apply
2. ? the form is AN, same I guess for joint application
3. ? documents to submit as I am going to use NCS

I would appreciate any advice or directing me to useful threads in the website

Many thanks

advise regarding filling section 2.2 in form AN

Post by anton75 » Sun Aug 25, 2013 1:27 pm

Hi All

We have PR since 31.08.2012,now filling in the AN form, do I need to fill this section 2.2 which is time consuming as I have done during my ILR application. DO I NEED TO FILL IN THE ALL THE DETAILS FOR LAST 5 YEARS?

I don't mind filling in the details on the holiday since 31.08.12,during the last 12 months.

I would really appreciate your advice

many thanks

Anton

"Give details of all absences from the United Kingdom during the last five years."

"Failure to complete this will result in delay to your application."

Seems ok, yes. If your wife's not been resident for 5 years, she'll be relying on discretion.
