Tier 2 (G) - Cooling off

Hi,

I am on PSW depedant (was stamped from India) .
I wanted to confirm as for Tier 2 (G) is it confirm that I need to travel to India for stamping also does cooling off is applicable in my case.

I know I will be eligible for ILR .
