Spouse visa help please!!

Post by Shoonoo » Wed Aug 14, 2013 1:42 pm

Hi I'm a british citizen & will be applying for my husbands visa soon who is in Pakistan we also have a daughter.
What I need to know is what documents do I need to show is it 6 months bank statements & wage slips & how we keep contact phone calling cards, Skype.
I live at my parents house so they'll be able to write a letter just to say that we'll be living there rent free & there is space for him to come over it's not overcrowded.
These are the things that I have for proof:
Wedding film & photos
Marriage certificate
Union council registration letter (which has been stamped)
My NADRA Card & daughters card
Airline tickets when me & my daughter when to meet him
Birthday card that he sent for our daughters 1st birthday
Photos when we were in Pakistan
Skype
Phone call history
What else can I show for proof? Do I need to send off all originals & the bank need to be stamped by the bank?
What form do I need to fill in & do I need to sent all documents to my husband for him to apply from their?
Thanks in advance :)
