Hello there,

Please I would appreciate all necessary advice on this. My two daughters were born in the UK, 3yrs, 5 mths and 10 months respectively.
My older daughter was on my application when I applied under PSW route. My younger has never any application.
I am switching to tier 1 entrepreneur route and I intend not putting my daughters on the application form as dependants, as I dont think they need a visa to stay in UK as they were born here and has never moved out.
PLEASE ADVICE. I am a bit confused!!!
