Requirements for Extension

Hi,

I have just got the Tier 1 Entreprenuer Visa (200K route) and am planning to visit UK in couple of months. I am not sure of legal requirements which i have to meet in order to apply for extension after 3 years. What my understanding is that

1- I have to register my self with HMRC with in 6 months of entry in UK if the passport has entry stamp or with in 6 months of issuance of Visa if there is not stamping.

2- I have to invest 200K by the end of third year to apply for extension.

3- I have to give employement to at least 2 persons in last 12 months before applying for extension.

4- I have to live in UK for six months in one year to calim that i am resident of UK.

Now my concerns are

- how much time it takes to register my self with HMRC and what are the requirements. If i delay my visit for few months and enter UK in november will it be fine?

-I am a member of entreprenure team so can the both members register them selves as self employed or we have to form a company?

- after regestring with HMRC iif we have no business should this be of any problem?
