General Grounds for Refusal or not?

Application made for Certificate of Approval in error and later withdrawn. All happened due to not knowing English law and legal standing of overseas wedding.

Would this be considered a false representation or innocent mistake as the application was pulled out before the decison was made. I am due for ILR and very anxious...
