Maintenance evidence - plz help

Post by una86 » Wed Aug 14, 2013 6:56 pm

Hi,

The following may sound stupid, but I want to check every single detail before making a new application:

My bank provided me a statement and a bank letter printed in black and white. Beside all the required information, there is a signutare and official stamp (in color). Can these evidences of maintenance be rejected with explaination that those are copies and not the originals? What are you experiences?

Thanks in advance, Una B.

I don't see why it could be rejected. If the statement reflects that your balance has been £900 or more during the last 90 days and its dated no more that 30 days prior the application date, you will be ok. Are all the sheets stamped and signed? You have a letter as well, your evidence seems very strong for me (its just my opinion)

@loperaja:
Thanx for your reply. All the pages are signed and stamped. The bank logo is in black and white (my bank does not issue documents printed in color which is unprofessional in my opinion).
I also think that it is not a big deal, but we should consider every single detail when applying for tier 2 visa :).
