Question on completing Tier-1 General Dependant application.

Please help me to complete Tier-1 General Dependant application.

1). Page 22, K4, Question: Where you required to register with the Police as a condition of your previous leave? Answers Yes or No.

Person is applying for Tier-1 General Dependant Visa extension for second time. Dependant's current BRP states registration with police is required. However dependants previous visa sticker on her international passport did not state need to register with police. So I am not sure if I should answer Yes or No.

2). Question K5 to K9 - are they related to very first Tier-1 General Visa, which in my case was granted in home country (e.g. not UK) as sticker attached to the passport? I asking because dependant travelled from UK to home country and back to UK using her current BRP.

3). Question K11: At which port did you enter the UK? Is this during very first trip from home country to UK when first Visa was granted on the passport ? or it this during recent trip when 2nd vis extension was already on BRP?

A little bit confused if questions related to dependand's current visa which is on BRP or questions are related with very first visa which was a sticker on the passport.
