Hi Everyone,
My solicitor submitted appeal on 08/07/2013 ..... I spoke to tribunal today and they confirmed that its been processed in there system today and they provided me with Appeal Reference Number but same time told me I have to wait another 6 to 8 weeks before they assign hearing date and which will for next 6 months from the date they assign not the date appeal processed.
So look like there is no difference in UKBA and Tribunal processing time and so far the way things are I guess I will get hearing in February / March 2014.
regards

HI friend
Tier 1 entrepreneur (200 K, tier4 to tier1 switching, third party in uk)
Application date = 11/12/12
Bio done = 29/01/13
interview done = end May
deceision = refused
decision date = 11/08/13
appeal right = yes
reason for refusal = Applicant name is not included in bank letter
comments.
I contacted bank many time, but bank as u know never agreed to include my name.
funny thing: I applied 200k route but in refusal, the officer said that I need £50000 to acheieve points etc, it shows how compitents he was while deciding my application.
yes one more thing I am completing 10 years lawfull residence on 22 september. Now I appeal and under 3c ....................... etc etc
what will you say about my situation and future process
Good Lucl to every one

@rehan Not to be surprised even if your hearing falls much further than you expected. Things are too slow at the moment and there are just too many appeals in the pipeline due to silly policy guidance documentation and erroneous application evaluation by UKBA who are acting like robots resulting in most of the refusals.
