Hi All,

My ILR has been approved today at Croydon PEO under 5 Years Tier-1 General Category.

I left the building for my lunch after the biometric.

Hi Arun,

Did you provide any evidence for the 44 unpaid holidays between the change of employment. I have a similar situation where I have 70 days absence from the UK while I was unemployed.

Please help.

Many Thanks

Hi RARUN53

What do you actually mean Point Number 5 of Documents of Main Applicant i.e Self Assessment Report using UKBA's point based calculator

because I tried to calculate ILR points and requirements through that calculator but it doesn't give the option of ILR. By the way I am Tier 2 (general).

Thanks

Does this mean Points Based Calculator report using Tier 1 General as if you are extending it?

Regarding Online Application

Post by rohankumar01 » Wed Aug 28, 2013 10:11 am

First of all I like you to Congratulate

During the online booking process in a beginning a question they ask which confuse me.

Which category of leave are you applying for?

1 Tier 1 (General)
2 Tier 2
3 Other Main Applicant
4 Dependent

Right now I am on Tier 1(General) in my 5th year. My visa is about to finish in oct 2013 So, I am going to applying for SET(O) for ILR.

Do you have any idea that which option do I need to choose.

Many Thanks

Hi rarun53

Firstly congratulations!! :) I have the same question as momo, did you mention your 44 days absence between jobs in your cover letter or anything? I have an absence of about 100 days between jobs where I went travelling and I am wondering if I should mention this in a cover letter?
