Period for Natrulisation

Post by syedfarhatraza » Thu Aug 15, 2013 11:11 pm

My kids are living with me since 3 years. 3 out of 4 are above 18
I got my ILR after 04 years in November 15, 2013 (Judicial Review)
On November 16 2013, I will complete five years and going to apply for Naturalisation.
Can my kids apply for Naturalisation with me (They have completed 03 years). They also got ILR on November 15, 2013.
Or
They have to complete five years till 2015

No. Adults should normally wait a further year after ILR as well as completing five years, unless they are the spouse or civil partner of a British citizen.
