I have a valid tier 4 UK visa valid until 2015. But I want to change my university. I have a CAS from the new university. Im not in UK at the moment. I have a resident visa in the country Im in and I had applied for my earlier visa from this same country Im at right now. I have a few questions
Can I make a new Tier 4 visa application from here?
Do I need to withdraw from my earlier university inorder to get/apply my new UK visa with the new sponsor?
Can I withdraw from my earlier university once my visa for the new University is accepted or does the UKBA need me to withdraw before submitting the new visa application?
Do I need to include any covering letter regarding my transfer or will the new application and new CAS showing academic progression be sufficient?
Does UKBA cancel the old visa automatically once the new visa is issued?
