Haven't receive any update from sponsorship license.

My company applied for license 5 july 2013 haven't receive any update yet? And i have already apply for FLR in different category.

My question is if i receive my license tomorrow for example can i with draw my pervious application and apply for tier 2.??

Is any one having same problem??

Any advise must appreciated.
