I applied for visa in Sep 2012 and attended biometrics on 3rd Oct 2012. I haven't heard anything from the Home Office. Any one knows why are they taking that long?

If its over 6months, you can call them to check the status. Rather i would recommend to cross check with your application and send any pending documents....such as Advertisements , any recent contracts or any other documents u think you havent submitted....Once they receive ur documents they will review and make a decision....

We called them few times and they said no decision has been taken. I dont know what to do, it will be one year by next month.

We also sent some documents such as new contract, business cards and website link. My business partner called them and they said they have received those documents and will consider them.

I am waiting since October as well, don't worry in sha ALLAH , we all will get positive reply, there is nothing to do except wait. :)

Can you please tell me how they verify your funds, they ask you to send bank statement or they verify from bank themself and where you maintained your funds in Uk or abroad
