P60 for ILR

I have spent 5 years in the UK with Tier2 ICT, Tier 2 General with multiple employers. I am looking to apply for ILR next month. Is producing all five years P60 mandatory for the ILR process?

Is there a checklist which tells me the list of documents to be produced for the ILR processing?
