Visa due for extension, no investment made yet

Hi guys

My Entrepreneur visa extension is due in 16 months and I am not sure what to do to secure my visa!

I have not yet invested the £200K - the rules were looser in the past and it was not a requirement... I am running my small business but it does not require investment as such so how am I supposed to spend £200k??

Is anyone in the same situation?

Can you prove that rules were different at the time of you securing visa. That will be great if you can share the evidence. Then we can take it on from there.

To my mind rule was always that you need to invest within the UK the claimed investment.

IF you have 200k, then buy some commercial property and show your business trading from there. ThAT is ONLY if you don't anything to do on top of your head. The property prices are going UP next years anyway.

i think u do not need to invest all the money as a requirement for visa extension.wateva money left from 200k ftr investing shud b in your account.u need to fufil other requirements job req n stuff.
