is it set (M)
Yes
Does my 3 years old daughter needs to fill separate form and fees?
Same form as a dependent with your spouse.

See page 2 of this link for the current fees for spouse + 1 dependent : https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _06-14.pdf

Fees go up on 6th April.

Today I have downloaded the SET(M) form. In section 8, page number 21 asks about the applicant financial detail. Yes I claim certain benefits, such as child benefit, child tax credit, housing benefit will that affect in my wife's ILR application?

child benefit in my name
chiled tax credit -joint
Housing benefit-joint

Thanks

child benefit in my name - Fine, no effect
chiled tax credit -joint - Fine, no effect
Housing benefit-joint - Are you sure you are getting couple rate and not single person rate? This might be a problem.

I informed Brent council that my wife still not entitled to get benefit. But Housing benefit officer said that it has to be joined as you are living together in the same house. I insisted them not to include her but they said that it has to be joined, it works like that.
Now what can I do? the flat I live is provided by the council, rent is 1500 pound/month. I claim housing benefit for it, my firtst baby(Born abroad, 3years old) is suffering from cancer, currently under the treatment of Great Ormond street Hospital. However recently she has a surgery, now recovering quite well.

I used to worked fulltime but because of her sickness I started doing part-time (upto 25 hours) for the last three months and her mum does not work either as we got another baby of one year old (Born here, British passport).

From the above point of view what is your suggesstion sir.

thanks
