UK nationality for my son, born in India

Post by ilr1 » Sat Aug 17, 2013 8:25 pm

My son who born in india when i was on Tier 1 (General) visa and he got ILR on 19th june 2013.

My situation is following.

- I got ILR on 6th March 2013 from Tier 1 (General) Points Based System.
- My son who born in India and got ILR on 19th June 2013.
- My daughter who born in UK, still in Tier 1 (General) dependent visa and expires on Dec 2013.

Questions:

1) Can i apply British Nationality for my daughter and son who born in india both together now and then me on 7th march 2014 as soon as I complete one year ?

Or

2) Can i apply British Nationality for me, my daughter and son who born in india together on 7th March 2014 as soon as I complete one year ?

Or

3) should I need to apply British Nationality for my son who born in India, after 7th June when he completes one year ?.

Appreciate if someone could response above as soon as possible. thanks in advance

What is the immigration status of the children's other parent?

2) is possible, although it may be cheaper to wait and apply together with spouse when she's also eligible.

UK-born child is entitled to register now.

No. Isn't this a repeat of question 1)?
