I posted a while ago in regards to trying for Ireland. In the interim my wife and I are going to a Home Office appointment on 22 August (Thursday). It's the SET(M) application so the fee is £1426.00 — I have got absolutely no money to afford that fee for that Spousal Visa application. Nowhere close. And nobody has the money to lend me. It's steep. Very steep.
They probably won't make an exception for financial difficulty / impoverishment for this form, even though they do make exceptions for other forms. There's no loans I can get, no way to stretch my credit and no way to go in to overdraft that deeply.
Oh well. Like I said there's always absconding to Greece for three months and then coming back under EEA rules / Surinder Singh Route. Or is there? Am I delusional in this regard?
Advice appreciated
