Transferring to Law course from Level 8

Hi everyone,

I am studying Level 8 course in London. I have been in Tier 4 for 4 and half years.
My quires is, if I am eligible to go for post graduate course again in Law (course exempted by Home Office). I have already done Master's degree in UK. So I am wondering if I can exempted too to go a level down course in Law.
