Spouse visa requirments

Post by muneebb » Sun Aug 18, 2013 3:20 pm

Hello members,

I am applying my wife spouse visa in 3 months time, there are couple of questions I'd like to clear,

She still has to do English course, can someone list all the courses acceptable for spouse visa applied from Pakistan please

secondly, i got my bank account is in overdraft at the moment, although i get my pay coming in every month, and i earn more than £18600, i got my own flat on rent, and i am paying council tax etc from this bank account, so my account being on overdraft is kinda problem ? because i must know for sure before applying her visa, i don't want any refusal.

Thank you for reading.
regards

It doesn't matter what your account balance is so long as you meet the financial requirement.

It depends you could possibly apply under Cat B if you have actually earned £18600 Gross in the last 12 months, so the question is, in the last 12 months have you actually earned £18600 or more? Count all your wage slips up.
