Which category of Visa to apply to able to work in UK

Post by natali319 » Mon Aug 19, 2013 7:55 am

Hi there,

I am doubt on which Visa should I apply.

I have just graduated my MBA from Strathclyde University. I would like to apply a Visa which could allow me to work in the UK as a professional.

I know this used to be able to apply under the HSMP with the MBA that I have taken. But now, I am confused and do not know which Visa should I apply for and how should I go through the process.

Please advise and help on this.

Thanks.

Thanks vinny.

How if my partner is going with me and he doesn't have an MBA cert, would he able to apply under this category?

If not, which category that he could able to apply?

Heard from someone saying that if I could able to apply, he could able to attached with my visa. Is that true?

Thanks.

If he has leave as your dependant then he may continue to apply for leave as your dependant.
