HO return document during apeal

Hello my visa refused on 10/07/2013

and I have apeal for it and still waiting for the date

Today home office returned my university certificate ONLY.

is this normal?

hi there
My visa was also refused on 10/07/2013, i Appealed and still waiting for response from first tier tribunal, also home office sent back my marriage registration certificate. don't worry it is normal.
