Is it Necessary to Declare Other running Company.(Tough)

Hi Guys,

I am using a new company during my Ent. Visa application (it would be my 2nd company as a director) . Do i need to declare my previous company which is still running on my name as a Director or not.

Other company is below NVQ Level 4 Business.
Any Experience & Information sharing would be highly appreciated.

Point of Concerns:

>If I declare that, then they can drag me on the basis of more information as its their common problem to drag people.. Although my documentation is fine with company.

u dont have to mention another business if its not related to ur application.

on top of that its not crime/illegal to do multiple business as long as u still running ur level4 business.
