Gap between Visa issuance is 55 days - Do I qualify for ILR

Post by mansoorb » Mon Aug 19, 2013 12:11 pm

Hello Gurus,

I came to U.K. in 2008 on Workpermit. Currently in U.K., my total gap in days outside U.K. is 130 days. So it falls under 180 day rule.

However, my last visa expired on 01-Jan-2013 and I moved back to India. The new visa form was submitted on 26-Feb. i.e. 55 days from India

Considering this, do I qualify for ILR? I had read somewhere that the gap between 2 visas should not be more than 60 days. Is it true?

Please advice..

Thanks.
