ILR Information Required

Hello,
I live in UK for 10 years lawfully, I have Tire 1 visa and my wife lives with me as a dependent, our visas expire in 6 February 2014 and my 10 years completes on 14 February 2014, means 8 days difference, can I get ILR. I meet the requirements of £18600 p/a and my baby is due in first week of October 2013. If I apply for ILR as a long residency, do I need to show more wages for my baby. we both past Life In The UK test last week , do my wife still need ESOL for that purpose.
Please answer my question, because I tried many time before but no one give me complet answer

As your child will not be British, you will need to show an additional amount (total £22400). Under the new rules (assuming your spouse was not on any dep visa before July 2012), the route to settlement is 5 years. Your wife wil have to meet the English Language requirement at the time.

Your child, if born in the UK, will not need a visa, and will be able to apply to register as British by virtue of section 1(3) BNA as soon as you are granted ILR.

Okay, In this case do I need to show any 90 days specific amount.

90 days specific amount, what do you mean? 90 days in the account, if so, no, not for earnings but rather you have worked for 6 months or earned the prescribed amount over the last 12.

What if I not show my baby, Is that any problem, because I earn maximum £20,000 p/a for last 8 month.

That's up to you, however, you must remeber that the questions must be answered truthfully on the application otherwise that can be viewed as deception not to mention invalidate the application. It's SET(LR), if applying for ILR under Long residence.

Hello,
I have ILR and my wife came Nov 2012 and now she applied for extension in May 2014.
Question is do my wife have to spend five years with me or two years for ILR.
Can anyone give me wright answer.

Hi Amber I am in same situation; applying SET (LR) for my self and FLR (M) for my wife but skipping my 16 month old child who was born in UK and hold dep visa as well. Do I have to fulfil maintenance for my child as well cos my understanding is I can reg him BC once I received my ILR so I don't have to show income for him?

Well I am applying next month my ILR and FLR for my wife but not applying any thing for my child as he born here last year.

Do I only have to meet income threshold for my mrs? Not for child?

Hi, can someone answer my questions many thanks.
I got ILR on long residency in Feb 2014 and same month I applied for my wife extension, i was expecting her visa for 30 month but she got 2 year visa. In home office letter it's mention ( In order to qualify for settlement you have to complete a period of 2 years in the United Kingdom as the spouse )

So I can apply for wife ILR in july this year. I have three year old son and currently I am receiving child tax credit and housing benefit is that going to effect her visa.
