Income band, country code

Can you guys please throw some light on the following -

relevant country code
relevant income band

I'm claiming points for my income earned in the UK. I will be claiming 40 points.

The guidance notes talk about Band A, B,.... countries and no mention of income band.

Any inputs please ?

To claim 40 points in UK, your income band should be £35,000+
