Regarding the Tier 1 Extension fee not debited.

Hi I had applied for the tier 1 extension, with my dependednt , I had used to credit cards to pay for the fee, unfortunately, the fee got debited for my dependant, but got rejected for my application, this was a fumble by the credit card company which declined the payment, ,

I tried to contact Homeoffice explaining the problem , they said , they have forwarded this to the payments team to resolve and will call back as soon as they hear anything from them. Its been more than 1 week and I havent heard anything,

Could you please suggest , if there is anything I can do in this situation?

My visa expires in 2 weeks time.
