Tier 2 - RLMT Timelines

Post by Lynz1988 » Tue Aug 20, 2013 7:11 pm

I've recently been told that a company is happy to sponsor me under the tier 2 general visa category. They have started the RLMT and submissions close Sept 9. I am on my way back to Canada as my current visa ends in the next few days but am going to sit on pins and needles for the next few weeks! Does anyone know how long it usually takes for the UKBA to put their "stamp of approval" regarding the RLMT once documents have been submitted? I can't seem to find any info anywhere and am curious :)

Oh dear...just found on the UKBA website that cos applications are picked up by the 5th of each month to be decided on by the 11th as which was stated above (thanks!!) but the job advert for the RLMT doesn't end until Sept 9 (aka Monday)....will that mean (do you think) that I will miss out on the cos allocations for September and have to wait until October now?? Only a few days left of this "waiting" but now I am scared I am going to have to wait even longer - especially since I've now got to be out of my flat by the end of Oct - eeeppp!!!

Let the stress begin again!!!
