OCI from Birmingham in Person Application

Hello,

We applied OCI for me and my family in Birmingham

OCI Application: 29th May 2013 (in person @ Birmingham)
OCI acknowledgement :29th May 2013
OCI documents printed : 12th Aug 2013
OCI dispatched from Delhi : 14th Aug 2013
OCI documents Recd London : 20th Aug 2013
OCI card and U Visa collected : 20th Sep 2013

I have a question, can I send my British Passport by mail and do I need to send separate return envelope for each family member or only one big one..

I waited till 15th Sept 2013 then I called them and informed that I am travelling in few days... then they asked me to come next day with tickets and 2nd day I could collect my passport. Sending by mail was not a good idea as there is no guaranteed date of return.

But the good thing is the process is complete now for me. All the best for others.
