Leave to remain refused....please help

My partner got letter from UKBA and they refused application for discretionary leave to remain and have asked that we contact enforcement
to arrange to leave the country with no right of appeal. Is there anything we can do to change their minds as I have family here in the UK .Also last week I lost my job.I will not be able to work in my partners country.
I would be grateful for any advice please, thanks.

Write to enforcement that you family here and provide evidence of family and that you were working
