Home office withdrew decision

Hello,

I applied for my tier 1 extension in feb with in 2 months i received the rejection for my visa.
I was excepting a refusal. I was Getting paid cash and i did not put the wages inside the bank. I did it only in the last 3 months. So it was expected that it will be refused. The home office gave the same reason as well for the refusal.
Anyways i went to appeal my solicitor told me all the grounds on which we can win the appeal.
Anyways on the day of the hearing in the court room the home office representative said that they have look at all the additional evidence and make the decision of withdrawing the previous refusal decision.
They will look at the case again.
Well i wanted to ask someone that what will happen now. What are the chances of refusal again? Or my chances are better

They will look at the case again.

Which means they will review your application again and if they find another reason to refuse the application, they may do so.

The thing is i was looking for someone for similar experience.
And what happened after that. I hope that they can reject me again. But its hard for them to find another reason.
I know that they had more chance of winning the case in court.but they look there decision back. Now are the chances more of getting the visa.
Personally i dont like this rule. When you prepare everything and go in court they just say they think they made the wrong decision.
