Hi Everyone,

I really need help ASAP. Please reply guys-
husband is on ILR and wife is on tier 1 dependant visa and we are planning to invite wife's parents to the UK for the child birth. firstly which visa should we apply for the parents ? family visitor visa or general visitor visa? since wife is on tier 1 dependant visa.
also is it good to mention about the child birth in the letter? i heard visa was rejected for few people because of this reason. Please help me guys and also please give me a list of documents needed for the visa.

Family visitor visa

There is nothing wrong mentioning about child birth.
