Public Health jobs with in UK with EEA FP

This forum has very good information for UK immigration, thanks for the admin.
Soon, we will be moving to UK with EEA FP, am a Public Health graduate looking in the same area, after going through many websites and forums of Public Health, without UK degree or UK experience its really difficult to find the jobs in this field.
If anyone sharing their experience of searching jobs in this field would be greatly appreciated.
