Hi,

My has applied first visa as tier-1 dependent in Nov 2011 and we made tier-1 dependent extension in May 2012. My wife went away to India Sep 2012 since then she is India. I have applied for ILR dependent visa in India in june 2013.

Application has been rejected on Grounds of no English language proficency requirement provided.
I have changed to a new company in Jan, so I have provided 5 months payslips from new employer and 5 years tax P60 documents.

He also mentioned no enough evidence on on previous employment even though I have provided my previous company experience letter (3.5 YEARS), bank statements and 5 years tax document.

They have given me a chance of appeal. If any one has any suggestions please let me know.
