ILR FORM SET M Docs Time Validity

Post by pakknight007 » Thu Aug 22, 2013 9:05 pm

Hi

I just need to clarify the age of the documents which are to be submitted with an ILR Form SET M. I am aware there are two instances where documents are required as evidence i.e. Evidence of Income (where I am not too sure about the age of the documents to be submitted i.e covering 3 months) etc and Evidence of residing at the same address (Where I need to submit evidence ranging over the two year period for my Wife and I) . Am I also required to definitely provide photocopies of each of these documents.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.[/quote]

For peo, supply photocopies.

3 months wage slips and corresponding bank statement. For cohabitation, for roughly every 4 months over the 2 years, supply one joint letter or letter each from a total of 3 different sources, e.g. HMRC, utility bill, council tax, credit card statements etc....
