DEAR SIR/MADAM,
With the great respect, i have big confusion, plz sort out with the link of home office,
i got my ilr in may 2013 on 10year long residence,
my wife came in uk june 2009 on student dependant visa, she has one extension student dependant on point base system (pbs),
and last visa when i apply ilr i i have PSW vis (PBS) and my wife is PSW dependant , but visa expire on jan2014,
i have two kids, which visa i apply for my wife, and which rule old or new,
maintenance requirements 18600 impliment on my wife or not ,
anf FLR(M) she can apply ILR straight way or wait for two years,
because last PSW visa got it in jan 2012, rule change in july 2012,
plz plz plz clear this point with home office link and anyone got this visa in same my category,
plz consider this request and guide me ,

S(he) needs to apply for flr(m) then she can apply straight for set(m) as soon as flr(m) is granted as per immigration rule 287(a)(I)(d). I would do it as a peo premium ASAP as the rules may soon change. It'll be under the old rules, part 8.
