10 years long residency

i am going to apply 10 year long residency ILR i have one child born uk one born back home and my wife with kids staying with me from 2007 when i was psw and now i m tier 1 G so the question are

1. which documents i need to send with SET(LR)
2 which application form and visa i need to apply for my wife and one child born outside .
3. does that dependent period will be two years or five years and time spent already will count or not.

If your wife is currently a PBS dep and has been since July 2012, it will be the old rules, she will need to switch to flr(m) and the time already spent as a PBS dep can (at the moment) be combined with flr(m) to equal the required 2 years and thus a settlement application on set(m) may be possible as soon as flr(m) is granted. The child born abroad can be included on her application. If you need to put her application in for flr(m) at the same time as yours, be sure to ask for her decision to be decided after yours.
