Please HELP, application for spouse visa FLR(M)

Post by zenni786 » Fri Aug 23, 2013 8:05 pm

My husband and I got married 2 months ago, and have visa appointment for premium service for 4/09. I am starting to panic now as I work in London, and he resides at a different address, I stay with my spouse 3 days per week and the rest of the day I reside at my London address.
My question is how would I show evidence that we are living together and also how do we show we are paying utility bills from a joint account?

We currently do not have a joint account, and we are not living together.
Could this affect our application and get rejected?

I am really worried and would like a response as soon as possible and therefore joined this forum. I really need your assistance.

Please let me know
Thanks,

Will you be basing your course of action on a poll or based on understanding the immigration rules and relevant policy guidance?

So, what's the poll for? Will the number of votes determine approval of the application??

Provide any conceivable documentary evidence to prove that you stay with your spouse periodically (e.g. - train tickets). Likewise, for your spouse - coming to stay with you, if he does. Provide evidence, if you can, of get-aways, holidays you have had together since your wedding. Find any evidence that you can that shows that you are spending together whenever you can (e.g. - photographs). Evidence of communication (emails) should also help.

Be honest and explain that you are residing in different cities because of work commitments, and both are working towards the plan that you can find jobs in the same city so that you can live together. It's just been two months since your wedding - cohabitation between wedding and FLR(M) is less important as compared to the "intention" to live together after the application / approval.
