i am working in NHS
I have been issued new COS by another employer and my new employer is a diffrent trust but it comes under nhs
i dont want my present employer to know that where i am going for new job
but i am worried. Will they come to know automatically through home office or through my new employer .Reason why I dont want them to know is because HR from my present employer is very rude and i had a fight with them because of annual leave issue as they cancelled my few annual leave because of staff shortage .Iknow changing job is my right and i have already submitted my resignation although i have not submitted my application yet for tier 2 yet but NEW COS is already with me but i am waiting for the date of releiving and i have requested for an earlier releivingand from my old employer . Once i get my releiving date i will get an appointment for same day primium service .I am worried that if they come to know about my new job ,then they might create problems
please an early reply will releive my anxiety
