Spouse visa templates and document list

Just a bit of information regarding my wife's successful spouse visa.

Application forwarded to Islamabad on the 3rd of June 2013
Under Process by BHC on the 3rd of June 2013
Ready for collection 21st of August 2013
Visa Granted and stamped 16/08/2013 ... Thanks to almighty Allah

The whole process took exactly 3 months and 1 day.
The whole process is a shambles and BHC and Gerry's are not in the least bit helpful.

I sent them numerous emails and yet received no clear answer or help.

I have attached a link to some templates of the documents i submitted. Use and distribute them as you please. Even if it helps one person get a visa it will make me more then happy.

My document list.
1) VAF41 form
2) VAFA2 form
3) Applicants passport
4) Applicants ID card copy
5) TB test certificate
6) ESOL test speaking and listening certificates and result sheets from City&Guilds (also a copy of the UKBA guidelines stating that this test is accepted by the UKBA)
7) Urdu Nikah Nama
8 English translation of Urdu Nikah Nama stamped by a pakistan notary (included in templates)
9) Union Council stamped marriage certificate
10) Sponsors letter of support (included in templates) plus copy of passport with entry/exit stamps from pakistan, driving licence (stamped by postoffice ID checking service) and NICOP card
11) sponsorship undertaking form SU07 (not required but why take the risk)
12) Accommodation letter (included in templates)
13) employment letter (included in templates)
14) 6 months payslips (24 weekly payslips)
15) 6 months bank statements showing wages being deposited every week in cash with the reference "WAGES" dates corresponding with payslips (5 months original postal ones and one month printed out from my local branch and stamped with Barclays stamp by cashier)
16) Itemised mobile phone bill explaining i use online calling accounts to call my spouse
17) Skype Log
18 Cards and envelopes sent to my wife from the UK
19) Pictures of marriage and time spent together after wedding (about 30 pictures in total)

This formed one file. I then made a photocopy of all these documents to make a second file.
Marked one as originals and one as copies.
