DEPENDANT APPLICANTION UNDER TIER 1 ENTREPRENEUR 200K CAT

I AM IN UK UNDER TIER 1 ENTREPRENEUR 200K CATEROGY APPLIED FROM OUTSIDE UK (PAKISTAN) SOLE PROPRITOR RUNNING A RETAIL BUSINESS ( 2 MONTHS)
need to apply for my spouse and two kids (under 5 years of age)
what are the requirments
Including accommodation (1 BEDROOM apartment or studio suffice as that is what my accommodation is at the moment n will shift to 2 bedroom apartment after their arrival) also
What sort of documents are required concerning accommodation
Help from forum members will be appreciated
