want to call my family from non eu country

Well I have eea2 residency my wife is European and I want to call my parents and my one sister permanently to UK from a non eu country...is it possible? If it is then what is the process of it...any reply/help will be very appreciated and thank full.

May be possible where an EEA national has dependent family members. See 5.1.1 - 5.1.3 (click) and 2.4 (click).
