EEA national applying for naturalisation, help!!

Hi,

I'm EEA national wishing to apply for naturalisation however I have few questions that I'd like help with.

- Lived in the UK since 2000
-Exercised treaty rights (2000-2009 student)
- 2000-2003 secondary school studied for GCSEs, 2003-2005 A-levels, 2005-2009 BSc.
- My parents applied for permanent residence in 2007 and they were granted. They have been on JSA since arriving here and then moved on to pension credit.
- I have received a fine from court regarding traffic offence (IN10) in June 2009 and I read the time UKABA-Home office considers fine to be spent has been reduced from 5 years to 3, am I right?

If I apply for naturalisation without applying for permanent residence first, how do I proof that I exercised treaty rights? Will letters from educational institutions for that period 2000-2009 suffice?

So you had the right to reside as the child of a EEA national exercising treaty rights, the fact that your parents have been granted PR should be supporting evidence, if you were resident during the same period in question. Sending the same proof they used for their PR along with a copy of their PR with proof of the relationship (birth certificate).

Thanks for the clarification regarding conviction.

My father, mother and two siblings (students also at that time) were granted permanent residence. Although my dad couldn't find a job in the UK in his field of silviculture/agriculture, he has been on JSA then later moved on to pension credit when he reached the age. The only evidence they sent were his pension credit entitlement letter and letters from universities for my siblings.

I will submit the following documents, please advise if you think I can submit anything else:

- PR cards for parents and siblings, pension credit entitlement of my father, letters from educational institutions 2000-2009.

Will they ask for proof of medical insurance for that period? I didn't have medical insurance and have used NHS service (nothing major, only once to get prescription for antibiotics).
