ILR long residency- 10 more months needed- suggestion pls

Post by ajek01 » Mon Aug 26, 2013 4:51 am

I am currently on PSW, my visa is expiring this October. And I need another 10 months to be eligible for ILR under 10 years long residency.

I would be unable to switch to T4 - student since I have already spent the maximum stay capped for it.

I am thinking of applying Tier1 Ent.

My concern is current decision timeline for T1 Ent is about a month or so.

Currenly they are refusing many applictions in this route, could the experts please comment, if it is refused, would the appeal time be good enough to spend the time to be eligible for ilr?

Or if there are any other options at all...

Thanks all

Ajek
