Visit Visa UK from Sri Lanka

I am a Tier 1 dependent visa holder currently living in UK. Can anyone please let me know under which category should my own sister need to apply for s visit visa if i sponsor her?

General Visitor or Family visitor category?

Does she need a deposit of £3000 as a bond?
