VISA REQUIREMENT FOR CHILD BORN IN UK.

Hi,
I am on Tier 1 general visa uptil June 2014 and than due for ILR.
My wife is here with me as my dependant since 2009. We had a baby in Dec 2012 and he was born in UK.
We are NOT planning to travel outside UK with the child till our ILR application in June 2014, in this case do I need to get a visa for him now to stay in the UK or can I wait till our ILR is done and than apply for his citizenship?
Looking forward for some helpful replies asap please.

I got Tier 1 dependant visa for my son born here in UK to travel to my home country. Do I need to renew the visa for him with my extension in 2015? I don't have a plan to take him out of the country until I get my ILR.
