Post by kwtz4 » Mon Aug 26, 2013 10:16 pm

hi there,
i am hsmp-tier1 visa and going to be eliglible for ILR on completing 5 years, but my dependants wife and two kids are not eligible for ILR, they need to apply for further extension of 6 months atleast.
so i need to know if i apply for their extension, which would be their category and which form and fee i need to use.
anyone who have gone through sucessful applications like these, response will be highly appreciated, including any help or tips on my ILR application and required documents.
thanks a lot.

Where were your children born?

The deps may have a choice (flr(m) or PBS dep) but perhaps PBS dep would be easier.

both kids born overseas i.e Pakistan who also need extension for same period and note that their recent leave expire on same time with my current leave expiry date.

There's no HSMP Tier 1 immigration category. It is either HSMP or Tier 1 (General)!

Read Dependants of ILR (economic, 5 year route) applicants
Click on the link for detailed information.

I think he means his last leave was Tier 1 (General).
