2nd Company Reference Should be show or Not (Suggest Please)

I have an Other Company Which i started a year ago but i am not using it in my TIER 1 application as i am applying with new Company now. I worked at that company for last 2 years as a Business Development Manager at NVQ level 6 & Generated 10 Full time employees.
I am not applying on that because its paperwork is too much

Anyways I am applying on new Company.

I am confused because UKBA is quite biased. Is it any better to Show the job experience and my 1st company or I should not show it at all.

Any Suggestions Guys

> Other People say to not to show as UKBA will exploit the extra information and will give me a refusal as they normally do.. As we know that they are on Hidden agenda to disturb everyone regardless if someone is really creating much employment & paying big taxes & vat here in the UK.

I am very Confused. Please Advise people what should i do.
On One side its Illogical UKBA at Illogical refusals
On Other Side Its Logical Business Experience.

(I think 95% People's Trust is faded on the UKBA.

The goal is to create some route where some Enterprenuers could help revive the UK economy. But UKBA is looking at who printed the Visiting Card. If the printing company is not mentioned on the card then you are Clean bowled... Who on the EARTH let the printing company write their name on the back. What a Joke ..
But Nobody cares in Conservative Govt.
